"To give light oak complexity to this fruit-focused Chardonnay, we barrel-fermented 90% of the juice and tank-fermented the balance. Half of the wine completed malolactic fermentation to balance the acidity and add creamy notes. We then stirred the wine during sur lie (on the yeast) barrel aging."~Winery Notes
