The 2003 CYRUS is unique among recent releases of our top bottle in that all five Bordeaux grapes are used in the blend. This elegant wine--which is 65 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 31 percent Merlot along with small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec--displays explosive aroms of black cherry and cassis. On the palate, the wine exhibits concentrated flavors of plum and mocha along with firm tannins. " ~ Winery Notes
