"A blend of Seyval, Cayuga, and Castel with 1.4% residual sugar.
The presence of Seyval is prominent; acidity and citrus notes such as lemon and orange are easily distinguished. Seyval also provides a mineral-like quality to the finish that is balanced by the Cayuga- Cayuga helps to smooth out the crisp acidity of the Seyval.
