"These two excellent sparkling wines produced just outside France's Champagne region, the Blanc de Blancs Brut and the Chardonnay Tradition Brut, are superb wine bargains. Both are cleanly made, dry wines with good effervescence, medium body, and remarkable flavor, crispness, and quality. The N.V. Blanc de Blancs Brut is lighter and more frothy, whereas the Chardonnay Tradition Brut is a fuller, creamier-textured style of sparkling wine. Both are dry, delicious, and worth buying by the case. Importer: Jean-Claude Boisset Wines, USA, Inc., San Francisco, CA."
