"Representing the first wine I have tasted a wine from this estate, the Delaye 2007 Saint-Veran displays lemon, herbs, and flowers on the nose, a delicate palate subtly marked by suggestions of salt and chalk, and a refreshing finish. While not especially concentrated, this displays considerable poise. I would plan on drinking it over the next year. "
