"Riccardo Cotarella’s Vitiano Rosato is especially successful in the 2007 vintage. This medium-bodied rosé shows remarkable harmony, with notable richness in its expression of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Vitiano’s Rosato is 30% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Aleatico aged entirely in stainless steel. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2009."
