" Pale yellow in color, this refreshing chardonnay was crushed whole-cluster, direct to press, and then fermented 70% in tank, 30% in oak barrels. The fermentation was performed using native and selected yeasts, and malolactic was completed 100%. Then, it was aged four months in French oak barrels and bottled in March 2012. The 2011 vintage produced firmly structured, mineral-driven wines with a fine balance of fruit and acidity." ~ Winery notes
