"The 2005 The Bothie, while drier and less viscous than its French counterpart, offers a pleasant floral and honeysuckle perfume, light to medium-bodied flavors, and a moderate finish. It is best served as an aperitif on hot summer days. Torbreck, under the leadership of owner/winemaker David Powell, remains a Barossa Valley benchmark as well as one of the worlds greatest wine estates. The top cuvees are limited production and expensive but there are also some outstanding values in the portfolio. "
