"This classical example of Pinot Gris is probably one of our best. Rich and fragrant, the wine is very ripe and harmonious in style, with juicy yellow peach and ripe pear on the nose. It is full-bodied with ripe, smoky, tropical fruit flavors and a long, slightly nutty finish. Served well chilled, this wine is excellent with sushi, salmon, scallops, veal, chicken, and p?t?s.
