"We experienced this superb sparkling wine with dessert at Le Bernardin in NYC as one of eight outstanding wines paired and served with Chef Eric Ripert's Tasting Menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it and ordered a case at an amazing price of $18.93 per bottle from Empire Wine. This beautiful end to a 3 Star Michelin Dinner was paired with Grapefruit Sorbet, Blood Orange-Quince Granite. Cameron, the Sommelier who guided us through the wines, gave a unique perspective on this superb wine. We will be serving this at Thanksgiving this year with dessert and loving every glass!"
