Pratello 'Organic' Riesling 2014 image
DRY, UNLIKE MOST REISLING

"Will not order again. Too dry for my taste. Most German ones are sweeter."

MY NEW FAVORITE

"My go-to Riesling is Dr. L from Germany, but this is my new favorite now! Very nice fruit undertones, sweet, refreshing, not bitter at all. The price is right. Will keep buying."

Urban 'Nik Weis Selection' Riesling 2018 image
MORE DRY THAN EXPECTED....
Posted Dec 30, 2015[Verified]

"I like to try new Rieslings....my favorite Dr. L is probably a 7/8 of 10 (sweetest)...this is probably a 5/6 on the sweetness scale....just nothing memorable about it buy it again....just my personal preference....if you like semi-sweet Riesling, give it a try...."

SWEET, BUT LOW ALCOHOL

"This is my favorite red wine at the moment....you have to drink 2-3 glasses to get a buzz, in case you were wondering, but it's great for people like me who hate dry red wines....this is ideal for people who like sweeter wines ....it's the first red wine I buy regularly and can drink daily with dinner."

Chateau Ste. Michelle Harvest Select Riesling 2018 image
A GREAT SURPRISE! SWEET!

"I've had this brand of riesling at restaurants and found it dry....but this particular 'select' harvest is pleasantly sweet.....a nice alternative to my go-to Dr. L."

Pacific Rim 'Sweet' Riesling 2016 image
VERY, VERY SWEET
Posted Dec 30, 2015[Verified]

"This is probably the sweetest Riesling I've tasted. More sweet than Dr. L. Definite fruit flavor...I had to dilute it with sparkling water to make it into a soda since it was excessively sweet."

Dr. Loosen 'Dr. L' Riesling 2014 image
MY FAVORITE RIESILING!
Posted Dec 30, 2015[Verified]

"My sister describes it as 'mineral'...I like it because it's sweet, but not too sweet, and very crisp. I also like that it's made in Germany and there's no concern for any chemicals being added in, which may occur in the US, as we recently saw in reports about cheap wine from CA vineyards."

CHOYA IS THE BEST PLUM WINE MAKER IN JAPAN!
Posted Dec 30, 2015[Verified]

"I lived in Japan for 2 years. Choya is the best -- accept no substitute like the cheaper brands carried at Trader Joes. This is a phenomenal price, as most vendors sells this for $25 in the US. Mix with club soda over ice to dilute it and make a 'soda' since it's so sweet alone -- that's how they serve it at karaoke bars in Japan."
