The color is a beautiful bright light rose. The aroma is pure and filled of fresh hay and fine baked apple, hints of kumquat and of a rose in full bloom. The mouth-feel is vibrant and refreshing, perfectly balanced with lovely fruit notes of fresh peach and nice citrus notes. There is a wonderful acidity and good minerality. This non-alcoholic sparkling has an elegant lightness from start to the long satisfying and cleansing finish.
Food Pairing:

Perched on a rise overlooking the lush vineyards to the east and the gently rolling Hamptons landscape to the west, Wölffer Estate Winery is unquestionably one of the most beautiful and stylish on Long Island.
