"Founded in 1874 Gabriel Boudier is a family owned company famous around the world for its fruit liqueurs which are used by Michelin star chefs and in top cocktail bars in over 140 countries. Gabriel Boudier uses only the finest quality fresh fruit in its liqueurs with no artificial colorings, flavors or additives. In a unique process, the fruit (selected raspberry varieties from Scotland and Burgundy) is frozen immediately when it is picked and then macerated six times a year to ensure the optimum freshness without oxidation. Alcohol content of a minimum 18% - is higher than most competitors and is chosen because this provides the optimum saturation of fruit.
Gabriel Boudier have always made a point of keeping the original label created in 1874. With its distinctive square edged bottle its fits neatly into the refrigerator door. Its exceptional quality which comes from the perfect balance between the carefully selected raspberrys, alcohol and sugar has made the product universally acclaimed. Enjoy its deep violet color, intense fruit flavor and its long velvety texture.
Storage advice : Keep your Creme de Framboise de Dijon in the refrigerator after opening. It will retain all its color and flavor for at least 4 months." ~ Distillery notes
