100 Agave: Rested for 6 months in ex-American whiskey barrels. Caramelized agave, roasted red pepper and cinnamon notes give way to hazelnut and vanilla. Silky and only a touch sweet its as good on its own as it it is in a cocktail.

Using 100 real, ripe Blue Weber Agave and the purest water from wells of great depths, there is nothing added and nothing taken away. The agave is cooked in traditional masonry ovens and distilled in stainless steel pot stills using copper coils.
