Good quality young mezcal
"Mezcal has become such a popular item recently, and that has driven up the prices. Vecinos is a staple for me, as it doesnt have the "moonshiney", heads and tails flavor that is present in most lower priced mezcales. But it also doesn't go into the ridiculous range of price to turn me off.Extremely good Mezcal can be bought in any tiny town in central and southern Mexico for five to ten dollars a bottle from the many small clandestine distilleries. If you pay more than 30 in the US, just know that some middle man is making a big profit off of a new trend. Vecinos is more expensive than it should be, but it is just as good as the others that are twice its price."

"I thought for the money, this is really quite good. Nice balance of fruit and smoke. Reminds me of why I love mezcal. Nothing super fancy but not a let down in any sense. Will get more."
