Color: Deep copper
Nose: A complex and earthy nose. I could seriously smell it all night. I get honey comb, prominent hay, warm rye bread, fresh cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, and some very light wood.
Tasting Notes: The sip is smooth with spearmint, maple syrup, cinnamon candy, and some dark fruits. It develops into a woody, peppery, rye spice. The finish is really complex, with more pepper, some wood, and mint. It's a tight, dry, pleasing end.
