5 GENERATIONS OF WINE-GROWERS
Our domain, managed since 1991 by Didier, now extends on 28 hectares, 25 are planted with Cabernet Franc, and the rest with Chenin and Chardonnay. We produce fruity and structured reds, a soft and fruity, and expressive whites. All our sparkling wines are fully made at the domain.
WORK IN RESPECT OF THE LAND
Our vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of a sustainable agriculture, to be as responsible as possible. We use no chemical for the weeding which is only made by plowing. To develop the biodiversity, we let natural grass between the rows.
Our wines express the grapes and the soil from which they come from. Our vinifications valued our grapes in the most natural way possible. We only use the natural yeasts from the grapes, our thermo-regulated winery allows us a perfect control of fermentation, our tufa cellars offer ideal conditions for the maturation of our wines.
