Situated at the edge of the Alsace wine route, the Schoenheitz vineyards are entirely concentrated on the steep slopes of the magnificent Munster Valley, at the beginning of the Vosges Mountains. The slopes boast the highest vineyard in Alsace. They are sometimes so steep that no tractor can work them. Granitic soils and extreme vine growing conditions develop pure and fine expression of the noble grapes varieties of Alsace.
