Finger Lakes Distilling is proud to have been part of a small group of distillers who brought distilling back to New York State. Roughly 95% of the ingredients used at Finger Lakes Distilling are grown locally, including corn, rye, wheat, malted barley, grapes, apples, cherries, berries, pears, and maple syrup.
