An exceptional terroir a little secret, rare and nestled at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. A vineyard away from the crowd but a conquering vintage!
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Traditional vinification with total scratching. Long vatting, shedding for better color extraction. Manual pigments, windings. Meticulous aging in tanks.
