Hacienda Lopez de Haro is a wine of intense colour and pleasant bouquet, in which the nuances of mature fruit stand out. In the mouth is is soft, expressive and elegant, combining a fruity character with the notes lent by the cask, in perfect balance.
Produced in 30,000 kg vats. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 28 degrees celsius, and maceration is extended for 2 weeks. Aged in French and American oak barrels during 18 months. A subsequent refinement is achieved in bottle until placed in the market, with approximate aging of two years between both barrel and bottle.
The harvest occurs during october. The grapes are picked in 15 kg boxes.
Hacienda Lopez de Haro is a round, pleasant and expressive wine, made from the Tempranillo, red Garnacha and Graciano grape varieties and aged for more than 3 years in oak and bottle.
