Tasting notes
Ceretto Blang is an excellent example of the expression of the native Arneis grape. It is a pleasant medium-bodied white, fresh and fragrant. The appearance has a bright straw yellow color. The nose is mineral and intensely fruity, with clear hints of ripe pear and green apple. In the mouth it is fragrant, savory, fresh and with a persistent finish. Ideal in combination with fish dishes and appetizers, risotto with vegetables, savory pies.

Description
Blang is the white side of Piedmontese wines; a product that defined an era, revolutionizing Langhe winemaking that was previously devoted exclusively to red grapes. It is the product of a highly distinctive region, the Roero, and a desire to improve varietal recognition, as well as drinking pleasure. Blang combines sustainable practices in the vineyard with a modern take. Fruit and minerality, aromatics and balanced freshness, coexist in this white wine that has made enjoyment and versatility its trademark.
The "Blange" vineyard, located on the hillsides of Vezza d'Alba, was purchased in 1985 with the sole purpose of planting it with the Arneis grape.?he name of the wine is derived from the French word "boulanger," or baker, as legend has it that this is where Napoleon's bakers made their camp when his armies ventured into the area.

Arneis has revolutionized Roero terroir production, becoming representative of the area. Ceretto Wines harmoniously and skillfully showcases it with Blange Langhe Arneis DOC. Estate
Among the infinite rows of vines that run across the undulating hills of Piedmont are the four wineries of Ceretto, a wine and spirits company in its third generation. Founded by Riccardo Ceretto in 1937, the highly respected firm is now run by his sons, Bruno and Marcello (dubbed the Barolo Brothers) who in the 1960s began raising Cerettos profile and expanding its holdings. Now their sons and daughters are at the helm of the Langhe DOC company, which holds a total of 120 hectares of land that are the birthplace of an array of elegant still wines, sparkling wines, dessert wines, and spirits.
