" Pale gold color with pineapple and honeysuckle aroma. Bright mouth-feel of pineapple and peach. Machine harvested mainly from Broadview block. Crushed and destemmed, cool pressed and settled for two to three days then racked off lees. Fermentation took place over 3-4 week period. Wine racked again and bottled. Stop fermentation at semi-dry style.
