"The 2016 Lirac from Château de Manissy is a plummy, rich blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Cinsault that's full-bodied, concentrated and tannic, yet it's supple in texture. It ends creamy and plush, with bright, red-fruit notes coming through and prolonging the finish."
In the heart of Provence, on the right side of the Rhône Valley,
Château de Manissy, with the influence of the Mistral, produces 3 organic wines :
Tavel, Lirac and Cotes-du-Rhone.
The Holy Family's vineyard, more than bicentenary, has been transmitted in 2003 to a young wine grower, Florian André, who is creating, in accordance with the nature and with passion and talent, some real nectars which will know how to bewitch you!
