"Medium yellow. Very pure aromas of ripe peach, lime and flowers, with a mineral component and roasted botrytis tones. Penetrating and perfumed in the mouth, with terrific cut and energy to its mineral-driven stone and citrus fruit flavors. Conveys a strong impression of calcaire energy. Wonderfully balanced, deep, very long wine with terrific finishing grip and aromatic clarity."

"A sleeper of the vintage. No tasting note given."

"Lots of botrytis spice and clove honey, with hints of dried lemon. Full-bodied and medium sweet, with honey and cooked apple flavors. Spicy and long, with just a hint of vanilla. Very pretty and balanced."~James Suckling

"Tasted single blind at Southwold. At first, this is quite simple on the nose: white peach, honey, brioche, white flowers with a touch of passion fruit. The palate is better, quite elegant with some lovely buttery, orange-blossom and peachy notes. Good length, very feminine and poised with a lingering finish. This Nairac just gets better and better in the glass and it has certainly improved over the last couple of years. Drink 2010-2030."
