The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Mtier is unexpectedly fresh with zesty red berries, peppery florals and wild herbs. It boasts tart red fruits and inner herbal tones with mineral underpinnings, all kept nicely in check by zesty acidity. This finishes with a staining wild raspberry concentration and grippy tannins that frame the style well. The Mtier Cabernet Sauvignon is produced mostly from Candy Mountain fruit. ~E.G.
