Wine Spectator 92
This white is fresh and light, but not shy on intensity, with notes of toasted sesame seed, fresh grated ginger and salted melon adding complexity to the core of citrus and ripe stone fruit flavors. Vibrant, mouthwatering acidity weaves in and out, highlighting all the details.

Crafted from 100% chardonnay off our estate vineyards in the Tamar Valley and East Coast of Tasmania. This modern style Chardonnay is a wonderful example of the cool climate Tasmanian wines. Aromas of melon aromas alongside some riper nectarine. On the palate, it is fresh, youthful and appealing. There are zingy citrus flavours of lemon and grapefruit, with some subtle creaminess complexity, with a zesty tight finish. ~winery notes

Acknowledging climate change and looking after our environment by caring for our land and reducing our impact on natural resources is vital. As an active member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, Devils Corner is committed to ensuring the wines we produce remain high in quality and a true representation of our unique land, without contributing to harmful impacts on our environment.

Closer to home we even employ some 8,000 sheep to assist our Viticulture team with weed management. Sheep are natural lawnmowers and fertilisers, and this holistic approach to farming not only makes better wine, but is better for the environment and our community at large. Sustainability remains an integral part of our business and our responsibility to the future of Tasmania and its wine industry.
