"Good complexity with spices and red fruit apparent. Good match for spicy/savory meat dishes."

"A little heavy for a Rhone. But if you are looking for a more dense Rhone intense selection this would be a good choice. The Ventoux region produces a more intense Rhone. More appropriate for meat and savory Italian or French dishes rather than light fowl or fish."
