Since, the Chainier family have become pioneers in sustainable farming, being the first to employ green practices in the region. "What a surprise that this bottle is from the region of my ancestry so I wanted to try it. This white wine is delicious, not sweet and give a lot of flavors. Excellent choice for some mild cheese or a nice salad. I may try next time with a apple tarte."
