Famille Vincent Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019

100% Chardonnay. A nice brilliance. The nose is fresh and fruity, ripe and round with discrete vanilla and brioche scents. On the mouth, the wine is dense and rich, fresh and subtle with a good length and finesse. Overall, the wine is nicely balanced, fresh, elegant and with a long finish. ~winery notes

J.J.Vincent produces a range of wines made with the same care and expertise as those made at the Vincent's historic domaine, Château Fuisse. Our Domaine is composed of plots is composed of a hundred or so parcels in the best locations situated in the center of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. These small, exceptional plots provide a mosaic of the most sought-after terroirs of the appellation. Our vineyard holdings in Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Villages, are spread out around the commune of Fuissé. In addition to these great white wines of Burgundy, we own a Domaine located in the commune of Juliénas in Beaujolais.

The Château de Fuissé's vineyards, located in southern Burgundy, cover more than 40 hectares (+100 acres) spanning five appellations, including:

Pouilly-Fuissé : 25 hectares/62 acres, Saint-Véran : 8 hectares/20 acres, Mâcon-Villages : 3 hectares/7.5 acres, Mâcon-Fuissé : 1 hectare/2.5 acres, Bourgogne-Blanc : 0.5 hectares/1.2 acres, Juliénas : 3 hectares.

Made primarily from grapes sourced from Mâconnais vineyards owned by members of Jean-Jacques Vincent's family, these wines are of extremely high quality and represent remarkable value. Maison J.J. Vincent wines are both lovely and approachable wines for immediate consumption and a great introduction to the Château Fuissé range of great wines.
