"The Ferrari non-vintage Brut is produced from both estate vineyard Chardonnay and from growers which Ferrari holds long standing relationships with. The wine is made using metodo classico, spending up to three years maturing in bottle on the less. Its bristling with mineral intensity, balanced by an attractive note of buttery bakeshop and crispy bread. With more time in the glass, it blossoms to show notes or crushed green apple and white flowers. A fine bead of bubbles coasts across tension-filled textures, as brisk acids bring an inner sweetness to its orchard fruits along with sweet florals, which develop toward the close. The balance here is admirable to say the least, helping to make the non-vintage Brut a remarkable value. Disgorged: 2019, L9141/26."~E.G.

"This Brut sparkling wine from northern Italy opens with enticing aromas of toasted bread, yellow rose and bright lemon zest. That vanilla cream versus citrus juxtaposition is what sets this fantastic bubbly apart."~ML

"Firm and focused, with fine texture and a subtle blend of Honeycrisp apple, biscuit, apricot and lemon zest. Drink now through 2016. 245,000 cases made."AN
This innovative approach quickly paid off. Ferrari wines consistently receive some of Italy's top accolades, including being awarded Tre Bicchieri 22 years in a row.
With its mountain viticulture (the Dolomites), Trentino is an area well-suited to the production of sparkling wines of great elegance and complexity. Large diurnal temperature range and high altitudes ensures high acidity and freshness in the grapes. With 300 acres of vineyards, Ferrari represents the largest estate in the Trentino region.
