Due to the 2018 fIres, the blend is short on syrah this year, but still in the spirits of previous vintages. The 2018 Is 60 carignan, 32 grenache, 5.5 syrah, and 2.5 zinfandel. Each lot was brought Into the winery separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks. All fermentation were uninocculated and malolactIcs proceed spontaneously. The base blend was made in December and the fInal blend was made before bottlIng. Aged in 100 In staInless steel tanks. bottled december of 2019.
