This Sancerre's Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked from 40 year old vines. It is fermented by slow pressing the grapes in stainless steel with several months of lees contact and then aged 6 months in stainless before release. Clean and racy with hints of grapefruit, white flowers, and flint on the nose. Silky and plump on the palate with undertones of green apples and golden pears.-Winery Notes
