VINEYARDS
FRENZY Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from selected vineyards located in New Zealands famous Marlborough region, which is ideally suited to this varietal. The soil is composed of volcanic Greywacke stones and alluvial river silt.

2021 VINTAGE NOTES
2021 vintage is limited in quantity but distinguished in quality. All stages of fruit development came early and the growing season was irregularly dry. Spring frosts and unstable weather patterns significantly reduced yields. The good news: the fruit harvested showed great quality, providing perfect intensity and balance in the finished wines.

VINIFICATION
The grapes were gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was conducted at low temperatures (12-14C) to retain the wines strong and appealing aromatics.

TASTING NOTES
Intensely aromatic and lively with flavors of peach, grapefruit, lime, melon and cut grass. This is a crisp, refreshing, vibrant and aromatic example of Marlboroughs best Sauvignon Blanc that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or match with seafood.
