"Beautifully intense, complex and stony Riesling aromas open to the 2019 Ried Preussen 1TW Nussberg Riesling that shows remarkably concentrated fruit intertwined with flinty notes of crushed (calcareous sand) stones. This is coolish, brutally mineral and stunningly German, or to sum it up: this nose is insane! Round, intense and juicy, with vital mineral acidity, this is an impressive Preussen Riesling and one of the finest I can remember having tasted from this cru. The finish is salty, vital and stimulating. Any Riesling lover should at least try this 2019 from this up-and-coming producer with this terrific Austrian name. 13% alcohol. Tasted at Schloss Gobelsburg in June 2021. Drink: 2021-2050." - Wine Advocate

Organically-farmed.
Wien, in Austria, is the name for Vienna and, as unlikely as it may seem, there are extensive vineyard plantings on the outskirts of the city. These vineyards are on the top of the mount, before the Danube descends past. The appellation for wines from this area is in fact, "Wien."

Hubers have been growers for generations, with vineyards that now cover 31 hectares: 26 in Neustift and 5 hectares in Nussberg and Grinzing, two other highly regarded vineyard site villages. Thomas Huber's Neustift Gemischter Satz is comprised of 7 varieties, and his single vineyard Mitterberg, no less than 11 different varieties, some quite old and planted nowhere else in Austria.
