"Composition: 30% Chardonney, 30% French Hybrids, 30% Delware Vinification: Transfer Method sparkling wine. Base cuvee is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 60F. 2nd fermentation in the bottle and aged "in tierage" for 6- 12 months. Winemaker's Comments: Nuisances of toastiness with subtle fresh fruit characteristics of citrus, apple and pear." ~ Winery notes
