Most of the grapes came from the Coonawarra regions of South Australia's Limestone Coast. These regions are famous for outcrops of red soil that lie above a hard layer of coastal limestone.

Tasting Notes
Vibrant and complex aromas of spicy, red berry fruit, cinnamon and clove spice. The same abundant, vibrant fruit is refl ected on the palate which also shows a hint of licorice, sweet cinnamon spice, and subtle cedary French oak.

Winemaker Notes
Separate parcels of fruit were fermented in American oak barriques and roto fermenters. The wine aged in new and seasoned French and American oak hogsheads.

Excellent Drinkable Wine - Greg Norman Cab-Merlot is not a high end fancy wine, however, it is an excellent, weeknight might not finish it bottle. There may not be a better $10 bottle of wine.

Nice Aussie Cab/Merlot blend - PnP at cellar temperature. Presents as garnet with vivid violet highlights. The nose has a nice mixture of Merlot and Cab Sauv characteristics, with blackcurrant, a green note (eucalyptus?), and a touch of pepper. On the palate, acidic blackcurrant and blackberries dominate the attack with a slightly greener midpalate following. Firm structure with medium(+) knappy tannins and medium(+) acid supporting the already-crisp flavor profile. Finishes medium with the flavor of blackberries following through to the end. This was a great pairing to sage burgers. "Very good," 88/100.

delicious, not too serious - Almost too drinkable, accessible. Not something to take too seriously (though the bottling is a bit over the top) but definitely to have around...and consume.

Very disappointed - I have been buying this wine from your store for several years, but this time it tastes different.
