"Hints of toasted brioche, creme de cassis and preserved lemon are carried on the creamy mousse of this bright and balanced Champagne. Smoky Finish."

" The Brut NV contains two grape varieties: 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. This results in a refreshing champagne, with floral notes combined with hints of citrus fruits on the palate - the ideal aperitif. " ~ Winery notes

EMPIRE STAFF REVIEW

Bubbles Are Better!

"This bottle may qualify as sparkling wine value of the year for Empire Wine. A beautiful mousse forms in the glass with scents of baked apple and toast. The mouthfeel is spectacular with finely knit bubbles that glide across the palate. The yeasty flavors give way to pear, apple, and honey on the crisp finish. "Too much of anything is bad, but too much Champagne is just right." - F. Scott Fitzgerald"

Jane

Lovely

"Elegant and lush. All the right champagne notes except the price."

Adrienne

Excellent value for Grower Champagne

"Nice acidity, fruit and rich creaminess on the finish."

Marianne

Nice and light. Small bubbles: good sign of good champagne.

Jun

"Value priced Champagne. Bubbles weren’t coarse."

Heather

Very solid value

"This is a great deal for real champagne! I wouldn't say that it's "special" but neither is the price. Very good value, I would buy again."

Patrick

"PnP at cellar temperature. Really enjoyable, if simple. Agree generally with other notes: a big, yeasty nose with some stone fruit accents. A great mouthfeel with lackluster flavor intensity and short finish. Well-balanced with medium acid. Decent budget Champagne, but nothing more. "Good-to-very good," 85/100."
