A pure expression of Garganega, one of Italy's most celebrated and versatile white grapes, the 2016 Soave Vigneto du Lot is fermented in oak and aged in the barrel (with 30 new barrique) for six months. From a beautifully balanced vintage, this single-vineyard expression offers abundant aromatic intensity on the bouquet, with zesty acidity and a medium to full-bodied impression on the palate. The wine delivers a long succession of yellow and stone fruit aromas. The mouthfeel is rich, profound and creamy. Try it with lobster dipped in lemon butter.
