"The 2019 Pas Viejo comes from producers from Huerta de Maule (the warmer zone) and Coronel de Maule. They started moving to organic farming with these producers in 2017, and in 2019 all the grapes come from organically worked vineyards. 2019 was a warmer year than 2018, and it's noticeable in the two Pas wines from that year when tasted next to the 2018 Pas Singular. It has red fruit and flowers, some grainy tannins and is quite true to the variety, with that rustic touch. They now produce 25,000 bottles of this wine, which helps to preserve the old vines and the old growers. Bravo! It was bottled in September 2019 after aging in concrete for four months."~Luis Gutierrez
