Vibrant tropical and citrus aromas of passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit leap from the glass, supported by exotic notes of lemongrass and Vietnamese mint. This upfront, in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit flavors combine with mouthwatering intensity and juicy acidity, giving way to a long, zesty, perfectly balanced finish.
Jules Taylor Sauvignon Blanc is great to match with fresh summer flavors - try it with guacamole, chips and dip with a little hint of spice, or fresh fish tacos with coriander and a yummy salsa. Or with tomatoes fresh off the vine, drizzled in balsamic and paired with mozzarella.

Jules Taylor was born in the year that the first vines were planted in Marlborough. One went on to produce wines that reverberated around the world with a distinctive, award winning character. The other was a grapevine.
Whether circumstance or serendipity had Jules Taylor growing up in Marlborough at the time that the wine industry was taking off, she happily admits that she had no blinding ambition to become a winemaker - but things change.
