"I loved the white from Mas Champart and the 2014 Saint Chinian Blanc is a mix of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Bourboulenc, Viognier and Clairette, that’s from higher elevation parcels and aged in equal parts tank and barrels. It sees full malolactic fermentation. Giving up pretty, classic notes of white peach, green citrus, leafy herbs and a kiss of minerality, it’s medium-bodied, has nicely integrated acidity and a great finish. It’s a versatile white that will drink nicely for a year or three." ~ Jeb Dunnuck

5/5 stars
Fall for this Fun French White Blend - This white wine from the Saint-Chimian region is compromised of a handful of French white grape varietals giving it a medium body and leaving you with a very well rounded wine. On the nose you will pick up on light herbal and citrus notes. The first sip brings a wealth of flavors such as natural green tea leaves and apricot as well as providing a very well balanced acidity. The finish is light on your palette and lingers for the perfect amount of time. For under $20, this white pairs well with a wide variety of meals ranging from salads to any light meats, and would also be great to pair any cream based pasta dishes as well.
