The 2016 Mathew Fritz Cabernet Sauvignon fruit was sourced from 85 from a single vineyard in Hopland in Mendocino County and 15 from the Red Hills AVA of Lake County. Inviting aromas of blackberry spicy licorice and deep plum flavors. The palate is an elegant expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, combined by dark fruits, brown spices, black salted olives. The tannins are firm balanced with enough acidity to keep it fresh and pure. ~ Winery notes
