Aromatic with flower, strawberry and cherry character. Full to medium body, firm and silky tannins and a clean and bright finish. Fresh. Bright acidity. Drink in 2020 but already very pretty.
Ideal accompaniment for roasts, game and braised meats.
Made with the best sangiovese grosso grapes, aged in oak barrels for at least two years and in bottles for three months. This wine is ruby red with garnet hues, with a generous nose with hints of violets and vanilla and a robust, velvety flavor.
Traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature between 18 and 28c.
