"Riviera" is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from two vineyards in the Sonoma Coast AVA: Pali's vineyard in the south-eastern corner of the AVA, and a small, family-owned vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA (a sub-AVA within Sonoma Coast). This wine is fermented in small lots, punched-down up to three times daily during fermentation, then barrel-aged in 30 new French oak for eight months. Bottled in Summer 2017." ~Winery Notes
