A recent favorite - I was originally somewhat offended by Dianne's cough medicine review, but after a recent glass I can see where she's coming from. Despite her dislike for the wine I like it a lot. I think this is a great, fruity big Zin for an excellent price. I love this type of Zin with Indian and Ethiopian food. I had it with Indian and then again with some cioppino and it was excellent both times. There's a lot of vanilla and some cherry in it so I think that's where the cough syrup comparison comes from. It also has some nice spice and a hint of black pepper. It pairs well with full bodied foods. I think it would be good with a spicy barbeque as well.

Excellent! - I served this with a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and was wonderful. We also had it with some sharp cheddar and the experience was grand. The lodi region adds unique flavors... this is a very reasonably priced, and tasty wine for all occasions.

Very Good Drinking - This is a med to full body Zin. It is powerful to the taste but also has a nice easy and smooth finish. If your a Zin lover try this wine.

This is a nice approachable wine under $12/bottle. Had this at a restaurant the other day where it listed for $40/bottle. Had to look it up and was surprised at the mark up. It pairs well with food and has a classic Zin spice note. I would drink again.
