"The 2011 Cab has a bold crimson red color with hints of purple. The nose features ripe cherry fruit with notes of oak spice perfume and forest-floor brightness, evocative of place. On the palate you find cherry, blackcurrant, and cranberry flavors finishing with chocolate and a little oak. This red is drinking well now although you could certainly hold it for a few years. Serve this with barbecued beef or lamb."
