James Suckling 93
A really fresh and delicious red that shows blueberries, fresh herbs and citrus. Impressive purity of fruit to the palate, which is taut, spicy and so elegant. The acidity and vibrancy are delightful here. Mostly cinsault. Drink now. ~ JS
This is a blend of ninety-five percent Cinsault and five percent Pas, hand-harvested from vines planted in 1960. The whole berries are fermented with native yeast, and the wine is aged in neutral oak. Only 400 cases produced.
