Blended with 5 Smillon, this wine is lushly aromatic in jasmine, flint and dried herb. A tiny hint of fresh-cut grass nips at the edge of the light-bodied palate, with fresh apricot and peach at the core. Editors Choice-WE

Located south of Yountville, this land was first planted to vines in the 1870s. Silty, cool, and deep soils helped bring out the aromatics in this Sauvignon Blanc with 5 Smillon, among them glorious hints of honeysuckle and white pear. The palates fruit expressions are tropical with a squeeze of lime, and an earthy bite lingers on the finish, rounding out the character of this demure but tangy white.-TP
Located west of the Napa River and south of Yountville is the Miller Ranch Yountville Vineyard, noted for its Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Here the soils are silty, cool and deep, perfect for aromatic white wines. Open to the south, the vineyard enjoys the benefit of breeze and fog off the bay. Miller Ranch is in a climate sweet spot: cool enough in the morning to give the wine refreshing aromas of grapefruit, lime, and tangerine; warm enough in the afternoon to give the wine a smooth silky texture and a juicy finish.-Winemakers Notes
In the heart of Napa Valley's Stags Leap District sits a rocky peak with a spectacular Mediterranean-style stone winery perched on top. That winery is the iconic Silverado Vineyards, established in 1981 by Ron and Diane Disney Miller. Thirty years later, three generations of Miller Family continue to source grapes entirely from their family-owned estate Napa vineyards. From berry to bottle, each vine growing and wine making step is dedicated to expressing the character of grapes grown on each of the wineries six historic vineyards. Expressing richness and age-worthiness, Silverado wines are unique, one-of-a-kind blends of superlative vineyard location and elegant winemaking style.-Winery Notes

Silverado's winemaking is rooted in the vineyards. We are dedicated to expressing the delicious quality and character of grapes grown on each of our six vineyards in the Napa Valley. Since our founding in 1981, the winery has grown to nearly 400 acres which we farm organically and sustainably. From them, Silverado produces Estate and Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Chardonnay. While we are proud of the accolades our estate wines have garnered, our reputation with wine lovers and collectors rests on the shoulders of our Limited Cabernet, made only in the best vintages, and our SOLO Cabernet, our highest expression of our Stags Leap district home.
