Robert Patker 89
The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Miller Ranch prances out of the glass with cheerful scents of lemon drops, key lime pie and wild thyme plus wafts of paraffin wax and coriander seed. The satiny-textured, medium-bodied palate delivers a refreshing burst of citrus flavors and invigorating herbal accents, finishing with a zesty kick. "This is a new wine from the producer, blended with 5 Smillon and stainless-steel fermented, leading to a crisp, focused and linear experience on the palate. Stone and earthy grass and legume underlie a fruity core of melon and apple."- VIRGINIE BOONE

Silverado's winemaking is rooted in the vineyards. We are dedicated to expressing the delicious quality and character of grapes grown on each of our six vineyards in the Napa Valley. Since our founding in 1981, the winery has grown to nearly 400 acres which we farm organically and sustainably. From them, Silverado produces Estate and Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Chardonnay. While we are proud of the accolades our estate wines have garnered, our reputation with wine lovers and collectors rests on the shoulders of our Limited Cabernet, made only in the best vintages, and our SOLO Cabernet, our highest expression of our Stags Leap district home.
